Buy & Hold investment strategies is not new to the group, as it deploys similar strategies in its investments in stocks, gold and crypto via DCANS Investments Ghana, DCANS Gold UK and DCANS Crypto UK, respectively. We treat land as a specialised asset class, that offers us great control over other asset classes.

Our land acquisition strategies with very patient capital includes buying old buildings in prime areas and demolishing them to replace the old structure with modern living areas (gentrification), for optimum usage.

The group currently owns prime lands and has private strategies for new acquisitions (typically in either the name of the group, or subsidiaries or the founder). We typically own it fully outright or partly or partially via Joint Ventures or some other legal ownership arrangements:
