Our Affordable Luxury Homes priced within GHs1,000,000 and GHs85,000,000, is targeted at both Ghana Resident and Non-Ghana Residents with verifiable net monthly income above GHs20,000 ($1,500) a month.

This pre-qualification is also for when buying from an external source via Ghana Property Traders (corporate sibling & part of The DCANS Group Limited), but financing it with a direct mortgage from DCANS Mortgage Ghana.

 

Please don't apply or contact us if you do not meet our minimum income requirement. Instead, you can review the group's other relatively lower income options here.

Fraud Warning:

Existing TDG Ecosystem Customers:

You do not need to get pre-qualified again, if you're an existing customer of any of the DCANS Property Group, or any business of the TDG Ecosystem, for which your proof of employment and/or income has already been done. You can simply login with your existing login credentials in line with the group's One DCANS Login Plicy, and proceed with the buying process.

 

Non-Existing / New Customers:

If you're new to The DCANS Group Limited, you're required to get pre-qualified by completing and submitting the form below, to start your property buying process with us. Kindly take note that, you'll automatically get a copy of the completed form below in your provided email address after you click submit, so you don't need to alert us of your submission.

Note: Applicable platform fee (pre-qualification charges) are only refundable if you submitted legit supporting documentation but decided not to buy from us anymore. However, it is not refundable if you submitted fake or false documentation to us (We will submit your information to the document fraud unit of the Ghana Police Service in addition to not refunding this platform fee to you, for making fraudulent submission).

PLATFORM FEE: One-time platform fee of GHs10,000 apply (may be refundable under certain circumstances): Fee covers part of employment and/or income check for our mandatory pre-qualification process, arranging free in-person viewings or move-in ready properties and/or site tours of off-plan developments .

We charge this fee because there's no mandatory reservation deposit with us, and if we're going to commit our resources (time, personnel, money, etc) towards a prospective buyer, we need to be convinced that they meet our minimum qualifying regular net monthly income above GHs15,000, and not end up being a waste of our time.
