You need to qualify to apply to buy any of our affordable luxury homes, targeted at Ghana-Resident and Non-Resident Public or Private Sector Salaried Workers or Registered Business Owners.
A. PUBLIC & PRIVATE SECTOR WORKERS REQUIREMENTS
• Verifiable net monthly household income must be above GHS15,000 ($1,000).
• Proof of Income: Most recent three (3) months payslips
• Most Recent 2 yrs SSNIT Statement if you're a Private Sector Employee (SSNIT Statement not required for Public Sector Salaried Workers)
• Valid ID Number: Passport, Driver's license, Voter's, SSNIT Number (Not required upfront when applying online, but )
Note:
Previous restrictions to only first-time buyers have been removed. Now both first-time buyers and repeat or returning buyers can buy any of our affordable housing units - but one purchase per applicant policy still remains.
B. REGISTERED BUSINESS OWNERS
You need to be an existing webhosting customer of GhanaStartups.org or DCANS Hosting (both sister companies), for your business to have already been profiled by them to be running a viable business before you can apply.
However, if you regularly pay SSNIT (Tier 1) for yourself as a registered business owner, you can simply apply as a private sector salaried worker (as above) without being required to be an existing webhosting customer of GhanaStartups.org or DCANS Hosting.
