If your net monthly income is above GHs1,000, you can rent and save up over a period to switch to homeownership, via Rent Now Pay Later Ghana (corporate sibling & part of The DCANS Group Limited).
2. RENT-TO-BUY HOMES
If you're net monthly income is above GHs2,000, you can explore rent-to-buy options via Rent-to-Buy Ghana (corporate sibling & part of The DCANS Group Limited), for properties priced below GHs1,000,000.
3. DCANS AFFORDABLE HOUSING
You can acquire one of the 50,000 affordable housing units being developed by DCANS Developments Ghana (corporate sibling & part of The DCANS Group Limited) by 2050, priced within GHs120,000 and GHs1,000,000 for 1-3 bedrooms.
4. BUILD NOW PAY LATER
Option to have a building put up on your own land, allowing you to repay over a period up to 30 years (but not exceeding pension at age 60) for owner-occupier residential projects - All other projects (including commercial projects) have a repayment period of 10 years. All this done by a corporate sibling & part of The DCANS Group Limited, Build Now Pay Later Ghana.
5. BUILDING MATERIALS ON CREDIT
If you choose to recruit your own artisans to work on your project for you, you can get building materials on credit via DCANS Supply Ghana (corporate sibling & part of The DCANS Group Limited).
6. BUYING LITIGATION-FREE LAND
if you can demonstrate proof of regular net monthly income above GHs2,000, you can buy litigation-free land(s) from DCANS Lands Ghana (corporate sibling & part of The DCANS Group Limited).
7. GPT-ASSISTED SEARCHES
Ghana Property Traders (GPT) is the property flipping platform of The DCANS Group Limited. GPT can assist with property searches and acquisitions on your behalf, if you don't find any suitable one from our inventory or in-house portfolio.
8. DCANS MORTGAGE GHANA
You can choose not to buy any properties developed and/or owned by The DCANS Group Limited, but opt for an external property with a dcans mortgage. This option has a maximum LTV of 80% as against the 100% LTV when buying from in-house.
9. DCANS MORTGAGE UK
Non-Ghana resident buyers can buy a property in Ghana with a direct international mortgage via DCANS Mortgage UK.
