The group NEVER relies on prospective buyer's advances to start and/or complete our construction projects - that's the more reason why we have a no reservation deposit policy. All our projects are being funded with very patience seed funding sources from in-house and/or reinvestment of property sales revenue (tax advantage).

 

PROPERTY TYPES

Typically 2-6 Bedrooms:

* 2-3 Bedroom Apartments and,

* 3-6 Bedroom Houses (semi-detached, detached, town-houses, villas, etc).
