BUYER TYPE

Targeted at both high-net individuals and registered entities. Buyer purpose usually as an investment vehicle (rental income) or store of value (even if buyer keeps it empty if no qualified tenant is readily available).

Investment companies can still buy any of our prime property units, as part of their diversified portfolios or some other user purpose.

 

INCOME TARGET

Verifiable net monthly income above GHs15,000 ($1,200+). We don't discriminate in profiling qualified buyers, but it so happens that the vast majority of our buyers are Non-Ghana Resident buyers, hence most of our targeted marketing efforts targets at them.

 

EDUCATED BUYER

We expect the qualified buyer with us to have adequate education in the homebuying process, and if possible must seek paid independent qualified opinion from a financial and/or legal advisor (where applicable).

 

FINANCIAL LITERACY

By virtue of our minimum qualifying monthly income requirement, we expect most of our prospective buyers to be adequately literate financially.

 

DIGITAL LITERACY

You must be able to have basic computer and/or internet skills to apply via this website, and be able to login post-acquisition to access other features (including repayment history).
