Hard-built into our Purchase Contracts (Sales & Purchase Agreement), instead of an external insurance policy. This protects homeowners against structural defects or issues in their newly built home for a period of time, typically 10 years, covering repairs.

Mortgages protects property buyers from all sorts of land litigation, as against paying full price at the outset, only to be hit with protracted litigation. Even if you can afford to make full property payment, it's sane advice to defer full payment till after 5yrs and first buy with a mortgage.
