If you ever have to sell any property you've bought from us, for whatever reason, we guarantee a seamless process - something you cannot get from most developers and traditional bank mortgage providers (if you were financed by them).
REASON(S) FOR SELLING
There are several reasons why one may want to sell a property bought from us:
- Relocation
- Divorce
- Death
- etc
ELIGIBLE PROPERTY
- Property must have been bought from us
- Can only be sold after 5yrs of handover, in line with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) compliance policies.
APPLICABLE VALUATION
We have a default 5% annual property appreciation for all properties we sell, even as it could appreciate more, but for purposes of buying it back from you we use the default platform appreciation value.
You're free to sanction an independent qualified professional detailed valuation, if you intend to resell it to any other qualified buyer.
TRANSFERRABLE MORTGAGE OPTION
If you have a qualified prospective buyer of the property you bought from us, we can seamlessly transfer the existing mortgage on your property to his setup.
