Our Reasons

It is illegal for anyone to start any construction of a house without a valid building permit from the assembly or municipality the land is located. Until one has a valid building permit one cannot be sure of the land being zoned or approved for the kind of residential developments you plan of or have put up there.

There are enormous risks acquiring a property without a valid building permit. If you have an uncompleted building or project without a valid building permit, you want to sell to us, you first need to procure a valid building permit before we can discuss such a sell-off.
