Loosing an investment is almost always very traumatic and we explore all avenues to help an existing customer come back from the brink to resume payments on their homes. This may include, but not limited to:
• Payment Holiday
• Assisted Job Search, in case of loss of job as reason for inability to make payments. We provide this via GBTJobs Ghana (a sister company)
• Business Startup Assistance with funding and one-stop support services in-situ via GHStartups.com (a sister company)
• Remortgage (with downgrade)
• Profitable assisted sell-up

All Repayment Assistance options are not available with all products, and there is no guarantee that you will receive Repayment Assistance. You are obligated to make all future payments as they come due, even while DCANS Properties and/or its Lending Partners is evaluating a request for Repayment Assistance.
Additionally, DCANS Properties and/or its Lending Partners will continue normal servicing of your loan up to, and including, referral to foreclosure and repossession during the time it is reviewing your request for Repayment Assistance. Credit reporting will continue, and, if applicable, your loan will be reported as delinquent until your loan is brought fully current. It is also important to note that the request for Repayment Assistance does not waive any remedies available to DCANS Properties and/or its Lending Partners under the terms of your loan documents. You may be required to pay additional fees/and or costs depending on the type of loan and solution you qualify for.
